Cancelation Terms

1. Cancellation Window:

Customers may cancel their appointment without incurring any charges if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Cancellation Fee:

If a cancellation request is made within 6 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $79 will be charged to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

3. Notification of Cancellation:

To initiate the cancellation process, customers are required to notify Canada Plumbing Solutions directly via phone or email. The cancellation will be considered effective upon receipt of the customer’s cancellation request by our team.

4. Refund Policy:

If the cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation window, any payments made in advance will be fully refunded to the customer within a reasonable timeframe. However, if the cancellation falls within the 6-hour window and the cancellation fee of $79 is applied, the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

5. Rescheduling:

Instead of canceling the appointment, customers are encouraged to consider rescheduling their appointment to a more convenient time. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on the availability of our plumbing professionals.

6. Exceptions:

In exceptional cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Canada Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee at its discretion.
